Verizon has updated their maps

To show the converted Unicel sites (at least in Maine).

I missed that at first as I was looking further north than that. There has to be at least one more map rev coming. SW NH has not been updated and Unicel was pretty decent in at least parts of that area (e.g. Rt 101 should be 100% covered now).

It looks like Verizon has aimed one cell at Southarm ME, but whether it makes it is unknown. Unicel never made it. The map used to show USC roaming covering the southern tip of the lake which is reality. The map no longer shows that.

I agree. They show areas in Maine where Unicel had coverage, but, now show up as extended coverage. Farmington had a tower west of town and I believe another one on the UMaine Farmington campus.
I'm not 100% certain but I believe Unicel also had coverage in Anson, Sugarloaf and Rangely.
